Along with the economy globalization and informatization, the competition of the market and the talents has been increasingly fierce, and the core employee has become the core competitiveness of enterprises. Faced the pressure of the dramatic environment changes and severe competition, organizations are confronted with more and more frequent changes and turnovers of employee. The focus problem confronting researchers and managers is how to attract, select and retain the core employees of high level Person-Organization fit. In this investigation, we take private enterprises from China's actual conditions, on the core employees and organization complementary fit and impact on individual outcome variables of the theoretical and empirical research from niche theory perspective.In the theoretical study, by systematically analyzing relevant researches this paper summarizes the limitation which exist in theory, model and measurement in the P-O fit researches. At the same time, on the basis of Niche theory, we conduct that it will have unique superiority which can overcome part of the shortcomings in the traditional fit theory if we use the core employee niche model in core employee-organization fit research. On this basis, we construct a preliminary model of the core employee-organization fit.On the basis of theoretical research, the scale of the core employee and organization fit of China's private enterprises under the niche anger of view is designed. And through the empirical analyzing to the model of core employee and organization fit by SPSS methods and structural equation modeling, the model of core employee and organization fit which is two dimensions and six factors is got. Then, hypothesis of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, job performance and intentions to quit which are taken as the individual outcome variables, and the core employee-organization fit are tested, and results indicate that the factors fit, dimensions fit and the of integer fit of core employee-organization have different effects on individual outcome variables.
