Sustainable Development Of Cities. Research

Currently the sustainable development of resource cities in the world has attracted widespread attention and has become a worldwide issue,and in China is also a common topic.With the acceleration of industrialization and modernization process,a number of old resources cities,particularly resources in a resource-exhausted city,sustainable development faces unprecedented difficulties.How solves the resources and the economy,the resources and the environment,the resources and the sustaining is the significant realistic topic in front of us.Datong is a typical resource city which is founded and thrifty for coal.With the coal resources gradually wither,confronting not only the popular difficulties with resource cities,but also typical difficulties due to population distribution and higher proportion of mining employees than other similar cities.In the process of accelerating globalization of the world economy,and the domestic market in the course of rapid economic development,studies the sustainable development of Datong,lead the economy to step onto the health,benign,the sustainable development track,which has the extremely important model function regarding the sustainable development research on Chinese similar cities.Hence,take the Coal-resource Oriented City-Datong of Shanxi province for example,this paper uses demonstration analysis to indagate the sustainable development of resource oriented cities.First of all,this paper defined the resource oriented cities, studied developing rule of the resource oriented cities and analysed theory of the sustainable development. Then,this paper consists of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.The first includes working demonstraition on Datong city,s sustainable development and analyzing the factor of city,s sustainable develpment.The second includes collecting, settling and analyzing the original data of Datong,and choosing 23 targets,and adopting the plotting arrangement of aim.Then quantitative analyzed this city,s sustainable development and harmony.Finally,based on the above research and combining the real situation of Datong,this paper puts forward some suggestions.
