Pension System Reform Of The Institutions To Explore

The endowment insurance system is the most important component of the modern national social security system. China has initially established the basic framework for endowment insurance system which the government, non-profit institutions and individuals are responsible for and which is suitable for market economic system. As one component of the endowment insurance system of the government public institutions, it concerns staff members, own interests and social equity, stability, and its development is also the key link and primary link of social insurance and social security system reform. At present our country lacks effective legal basis and the policy support in the aspect of endowment insurance system, and doesn't get rid of management pattern of the tradition personnel system. Social security system has not been in accordance with treatment relationship, they have not only affected the whole endowment insurance system's development step, but have aggravated the national financial burden, and have hindered harmonious development of the socialist economy. Therefore, establishing and improving the endowment insurance system which is compatible with the level of our country economic development, reforming the endowment insurance system of the government public institutions, is not only necessary requirement of harmonious development in economic society, is also important guarantee for the social and national stability and long-term peace and order. This article uses scientific methods such as comparative analysis, from the questions and disadvantages existed in actual management of endowment insurance system of the government public institutions in China. Through the research on the domestic and foreign officials'endowment insurance system. This article takes the J city for the example to analyze some critical issues in the reform and development of endowment insurance system of the government public institutions in China. Then it comes up with strategies how to reform the endowment insurance system of the government public institutions.
