Research On The Development Strategy Of Building Economy In Jinshui District, Zhengzhou City

From the first proposal of China’s building economy in the 1990 s to the formal release of the draft national standards for buildings in 2017,to the new era of diversified integration of building economy in the context of 5G,Internet of things and big data in 2020.The development of building economy started from scratch,from scattered start to gradual standardization,from a single hardware carrier to a new industrial model,the building economy,which is mainly characterized by resource intensification,spatial integration and industrial agglomeration,has realized rapid development,and has brought important promoting effect for regional industrial development and economic growth.Therefore,many Chinese scholars attach great importance to the development of regional building economy,and have made a series of profound studies and explorations,trying to explore the strategic approach to build a new height of building economic benefits.Jinshui district,as the core city of Zhengzhou,has superior geographical location,convenient transportation and obvious advantages in resource endowment.However,the development bottleneck of Jinshui district has appeared under the condition of rigid resource constraint.Therefore,it is urgent to explore a strategic path suitable for the development of Jinshui district’s building economy.This paper first takes the development of building economy in the new era as the background,sorts out the research status of building economy at home and abroad,and further clarifies relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Then,taking the development of building economy in Jinshui district as the research object,under the guidance of industrial agglomeration theory and differentiation strategy theory,through literature research method,case analysis method and investigation and interview method,the author thoroughly sorted out the overall development status,management status and major problems of buildings in Jinshui district.Finally,based on the analysis of internal and external development environment based on the SWOT four-quadrant strategic analysis tool,this paper puts forward the strategic objectives and approaches of building economic development in line with the actual situation of Jinshui district.By selecting and analyzing the current situation and experience of the development of building economy in the core areas of national central cities and provincial capitals,we can make reference to the standards,learn from each other and grasp the competitive environment.The present situation of building economy development in Jinshui district involved in this paper is summarized through first-hand statistical data,questionnaire survey and systematic investigation of field interviews.At the same time this article in the new era background and local reality,for those routes,adjust measures to local conditions according to the theory knowledge to propose targeted building of Jinshui district economic development strategic way,to optimize the building of Jinshui district development,drive economic development by leaps and bounds,construct the high quality of Jinshui district urban development has reference value and reference significance.
