China's Banking Supervision Team Specialized Building Research

Finance is at the core of modern economy, whose central part is banking. With the constant innovation and aggravating complexity of the organization form and the professional activity of Chinese commercial banks, the inducement and performance of risks in banking are becoming more and more complicated. If we take risks and problems of banks as diseases, the way for their supervisors to prevent these diseases is to possess professional knowledge, make use of modern technology and establish a professional supervisory group. Based on the already existed human resources theories and starting from the actual supervising condition of Chinese banking, this dissertation carefully analyses the current situation of the Chinese supervising group and try to find where the problems exist. Then, by borrowing advanced experience of establishing supervising group from advanced countries and districts and comprehensive weighting the current situation of our country, the dissertation brings forward corresponding measures.Chapter one introduces the background and the main content of the research. It briefly introduces the evolvement of banking supervision, its five essential theories and its development in China. Based on this, chapter one defines the dissertation's aim, methodology, arrangement, framework and significant.Chapter two analyzes the actual condition of the Chinese banking and introduces the current situation, administration measures and models of Chinese banking supervising groups. Besides, this chapter analyzes problems existing in the process of establishing the supervising group.Chapter three mainly introduces advanced experience of establishing supervising group, which comes from developed countries and districts. It focuses on some aspects including the system designing of supervisors, establishment of supervisory ability, training for supervisors, salary system, and so forth.Chapter four combined with the advanced experience of foreign countries in Chapter III, Then, finally, The article put forward some meaningful proposals.
