In1998the housing market-oriented reform, China’s real estate industry into theexplosive growth stage, showing the "high growth, high profit, high leverage" feature;commercial housing market scale compound annual growth rate of31%, commercialhousing residential average annual compound rate of10%. The real estate industry isbooming as the rapid growth of China’s national economy has made tremendouscontributions, but in the rapid development also brings the real estate prices soaring.In order to prevent real estate overheating effect on the operation of the nationaleconomy, our country since2002has issued a number of land and financial policies toincrease the real estate industry’s macro-control efforts. In2008September, by thefinancial crisis in Europe and the United States, China’s real estate market for the firsttime the volume or price qi. In February20,2013, the executive meeting of the StateCouncil issued five to strengthen the real estate industry’s macro-control policymeasures ("country of five"), to promote the sustained, stable, healthy development ofthe real estate market.
