Harmony Hydropower Project Economic Evaluation And Risk Assessment Study

The social and economic benefits of Hydropower Investment Project are great, however, politic, technology, economic, social and environment confined it development. There are a lot of unpredicted and random factors made Hydropower Investment Project risky. So it is meaningful to research on hydropower investment project enconmic evaluation and risk analysis and index system for project benefit.This paper reviewed the method and theoretical system of project evaluation, and the current status of domestic economical evaluation. The status and the characters of the exploitation of water power resource. The economic evaluation system of present water power project is studied, including cash flow estimation, financial evaluation, national economic evaluation. The case study is implemented based on the detail hydropower project. The problems and concerned solutions of the current economic evaluation system are discussed in this paper. It applied Fuzzy integrated method to XiangHe River. It also obtained the weight of Hydropower index system investment project of and classified risk level of the project. Moreover, the value of risk comprehensive evaluation of XiangHe project is achieved and levels of risk is lower.It provides some references for Hydropower investment companies to evaluate project's enconmic and risk.
