Risk Assessment And Management Of Investment Projects

In the field of venture capital, high income is accompanied by high-risk. In recent years, our country's venture capital has rapid development, and venture capital firms have been increasing, but the assessment of the value of the invested enterprises is still a lack of proper evaluation systems and methods, some of the assessment methods are not reflect the real value of the invested enterprises, and then often appears on the investment decision-making errors. Therefore, further study in the assessment of the value of venture capital projects and investment decision-making is urgent and necessary.In this paper, the study of venture capital projects assessment of the value and investment decision-making model aimed at seeking solutions to choose venture capital projects that effective way with a view to venture capital projects' decision-making plays a certain role.First, combining the actual characteristics of venture capital projects this paper divided complex risk factors into six categories, then using AHP and Fuzzy mathematics integrated method to the design of an integrated system of indicators, allocation target weights and handling, as well as the simulation of the evaluation method of venture capital projects' risks. Secondly, in the process of the assessment of the invested enterprise's value, this paper considers the value of non-business and debt, attentions to the chance value of the invested enterprise, therefore, the author used the "rights and interests" and option pricing model weighted average method to measure the integrated value of the invested enterprise, and tested the feasibility of the method and the applicability through example. Finally, on the basis of the assessment of the risk and value of venture capital projects, considering the hobby (or attention) of decision-makers on different items, this paper constructs venture capital project decision-making model for the investors to make the information available to decision-making, tackling multi-investment projects choice.
