In recent years,with the continuous development of China's national economy and the continuous advancement of urbanization,the demand for public service projects such as infrastructure construction has continuously increased.The government's financial pressure has also increased year by year and it has gradually become unsatisfactory.Infrastructure construction projects A large amount of financial support is needed,and the government's main revenue comes from land sales.The single source of financial resources makes the government's ability to resist risks decrease.The popularization and application of the PPP model can not only solve the financing problem of infrastructure projects,but also allocate project risks to all parties involved,which is conducive to maximizing the interests of all parties.Through the government's vigorous publicity and promotion,the public-private partnership(PPP)financing model introduces social private capital in the public infrastructure field,and solves the local and even the country's role in the gap in financial investment.This paper analyzes in detail the background origin of the PPP model and the research results at home and abroad.Through a large number of literature reading and project research,it is determined that the thesis research topic is the risk assessment of the PPP project.First,the domestic and foreign experts and scholars have analyzed the research results and present situation of the PPP model,summarized the hot issues of the current PPP model research,analyzed the characteristics and essence of the PPP model based on the data obtained,and elaborated on the characteristics of publicinfrastructure construction.The PPP model applied to the superiority of infrastructure construction.The paper discusses the related risk management theory of PPP model,lists a large number of risk identification and evaluation methods,and finally selects scientific and reasonable risk identification methods to analyze and identify the potential risks that PPP projects may face.Summarizes the steps and measures that should be taken at all stages of the entire risk management implementation process.At the same time,the questionnaire survey method is used to recruit experts and scholars to understand and view the potential risks of the PPP project.After screening,the risk assessment indicator system is established.There are five ones.Level indicators,19 secondary indicators,then a list of risk indicators.In this paper,an evaluation model combining analytic hierarchy process method and entropy weight method is adopted to obtain the comprehensive weight of subjective and objective risks,and then the comprehensive risk of the project is calculated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the related domain experts scoring the risk indicators.And determine the feasibility of the project.This article also carries on the example analysis to the integrated model established,provides the reference for the project planning management.
