The human resource is the most precious wealth for any enterprise,andthe employee satisfaction degree directly impact their behavior and achievements,which normally play a key role in survival and development of enterprises. The employee,as the direct creator of profit,will work hard and positively create more values for the enterprise if the employee satisfaction degree is higher. If the employee satisfaction degree is low,the employee will 1oss the motivation which will reduce their workingefficiency and working quality or even can cause their resignation. Therefore,the enterprise must raise employee satisfaction degree , stimulates enthusiasm,activity and creativity accordingly,keep the employees in their best mood and develop their wisdom in working,which will make the enterprisesuccess in the intense market competition.With the open of china's financial industry, competition grows vigorously in the banking industry,the talented person flow very frequently,and each bank fights talented people greatly. Foreign banks utilize the advantage over domestic banks of attracting talents, and have made lots of talents of the domestic banks job-hop to foreign banks. More and more domesticbanks recognize that employee has become one of the most important resources: the competition between banks is the competition of human resource essentially.Lots of banks realize that placing talented people in storage is very important. A fair and intense context of financial market makes the banks pay their attention both on employee and customer satisfactions instead of customer satisfaction only. However, during recent years, such phenomenon appears that talents of the foreign banks turn back to domestic banks, which demonstratesthat employee satisfaction need to be upgraded in the foreign banks, too. And domestic banks have made progress to attract talents.The study on employee satisfaction has been a pop subject for quite a longtime in the international academy. In research process,this study developeda local questionnaire firstly based on a broadly review of relevantliteratures and well know of such enterprises. Survey made on front line staff from banks in commercial cities nationwide, which is restricted to front line staff, we acquire 155 valid questionnaires. Through the analysis of the data of the questionnaires, we reveal the difference level of employee satisfactorydegree with different demographic characteristics.Lastly, in the last part, the Author discuss the result of the survey in the perspective of western management and oriental management respectively ,and would give countermeasures and suggestion respectively on upgrading the employee satisfactions of front line staff of domestic and foreign banks.
