For deepening of civil aviation management and operations system, the State Council raised"the Civil Aviation Reform" in accordance with the "separation of government from enterprises, territorial management," in 2002. According to this principle ,the original Airport Civil Aviation Administration of China would be managed to implement the reform of territoriality. This reform is a fundamental reform of the airport as thoroughly managing their own business enterprises.At present, stress increased aviation safety, passenger rights awareness, transport market competition, how to ensure that airport operators on basic safety, improve passenger service quality, strengthen its competitiveness in all the airport has become the company must pay attention to the problem.And those first-line employees who contact with the aircraft and the passenger is very important, especially their job attitudes and behavior is no doubt at one of which plays a vital role.In this paper, we combine the method of the literature research and the questionnaire ,through a wide range of relevant information available literature, summarizing the results of previous research on job satisfaction, based on the combination of JA's actual situation, and design a suitable first-line JA company employee satisfaction survey questionnaire.After determining questionnaire, we put JA front-line staffs the company as the research object, using a questionnaire survey approach:a total of 250 questionnaires, 210 valid questionnaires recycling. Through using the mathematical methods of statistical analysis to analyze the questionnaire data, we combined with the results of the investigation related personnel conducted in-depth interviews, aimed at understanding the localization of the Jinan airport management company since the JA idea frontline staff dynamics, needs and job satisfaction levels.Based on specific findings and in-depth interviews, combining with the actual situation in the company of JA company staff job satisfaction of frontline experience and the main problems summarized, we proposed the measure enhancing the frontline JA company employee satisfaction from the remuneration system, career management, working environment, corporate culture construction etc.
