The SUHU region has many manufacturing enterprises which also contains Nantong economic and technological development zone, the manufacturing companies include some wholly foreign owned enterprise which were absorbed by the rich labor market in the beginning. With the development of economy, the Labor market become shortage especially for frontline staff in recent years, many enterprises cannot recruit enough front-line employees, another issue is high front-line turnover which lead to the high production costs, Sometimes the order cannot be completed because of front-line shortage. So it become very urgent matters about how to solve these manufacturing enterprises high turnover rate of employees.It was founded in Nantong economic and technological development zone to invest or establish the enterprise for K, the main production is the car locking device and other products which were mainly exported to the United States market. Because some clients are large global clients such as Boeing, so it is a very important task about how to complete the order quantity in time, otherwise it will lose these clients. It exist two high risks for high turnover rate, one is full inspection lead to large waste of manpower, it cause delaying which drop a certain influence on customer satisfaction. Another is new employee recruitment not timely follow-up which lead to some jobs cannot be completed in a short time which lead to the delay of the shipment. This paper, based on a sample of the turnover rate of K, It owned reference value for the Yangtze River delta manufacturing companies how to solve the high employee turnover has a certain reference significance.It provide clear definition for concept of employee turnover in foreign and civil, you can have a clear understanding for related turnover concept such as turnover rate. And then it research the related turnover model and theory in foreign and civil, we can achieve guidance from previous research ideas and ways to support later research with evidence and supporting, Firstly we simply introduce K company so that the reader can have simple understanding for K company base information including employee manning, rate of male and female, age interval and site distribution. It provide base supporting for later analysis. And then we mainly research from three perspectives, firstly we can search causes from employee turnover case in resign application form, Secondly we make satisfaction survey from on-job front-line employee, Thirdly we interview front-line employee supervisor to achieve front-line employee mail status and their ideals, more understand what kinds of factors which cause front-line employee resignation.According to above base analysis, four resolving solution was provided for front-line employee high turnover rating which was listed as the below:Improving existing recruiting policy, establish competitive salary system, perfect training system and cultivating the sense of belonging of the enterprise culture, gradually reduce the turnover rate of employees and make K company more competitive.
