With the development of economy in china and globalization,the competition for resources between domestic and foreign companies has become increasingly fierce.The competition for human resources is the key to resource grabs for many enterprises especially.The banking industry is particularly sensitive in economic development.With the development of Internet finance,foreign competitor poured into the Chinese market.The competition in the banking industry has become more and more serious,especially in commercial banks.First-line employee groups are mostly young,with a high proportion of employees.The quality of work and stability of the front-line employees have played a key role in the development of the bank.Against the background of scarce human resources,how companies can improve employee satisfaction to improve their work is important.Quality,retention of outstanding talent must be considered too.The front-line employees of Nanchang Branch of XY Bank showed the problems of rising employee turnover and low motivation,and low employee satisfaction.Finding the main factors affecting employee satisfaction is the key to solving the problem.This article selects the front-line employees in Nanchang Branch of XY Bank as the survey object,and designs and issues a questionnaire on employee satisfaction in Nanchang Branch of XY Bank,which aims to determine the influencing factors that affect the employee satisfaction of the branch,and puts forward specific recommendations accordingly.First of all,based on the existing research on the factors affecting employee satisfaction and the measurement of satisfaction,a preliminary survey was conducted through employee interviews.It was found that there are many factors affecting the satisfaction of front-line employees of the branch,but in terms of workload,salary and promotion pressure are more prominent.Second,referring to the interview results,combined with the Short-term Scale of Minnesota Job Satisfaction Survey,employee satisfaction is measured from five dimensions:work,leadership,promotion,organization and salary assessment.The design of the questionnaire focused on the two aspects of the work itself and the salary assessment.Finally,a staff satisfaction survey questionnaire was issued to the front-line employees in Nanchang Branch of XY Bank,and the returned questionnaire was subjected to SPASS statistical processing.Through the sorting and analysis of the questionnaire,it was found that the front-line employees of the branch had higher satisfaction with salary assessment,and were generally at a satisfactory level,indicating that the branch's management of salary assessment was more effective and could continue to be promoted.However,there are related problems in the four dimensions of work,leadership,promotion and organization,which result in low employee satisfaction.Whatever employees satisfaction in work,leadership,promotion,organization dimension,employee turnover will turn when the external opportunity is large.If there are few external opportunities,it is difficult for employees to quit.But low employee satisfaction will lead to lower work quality and performance.And then the performance and the overall service level of Nanchang Branch of XY Bank are affected,which has a negative impact to this branch.Accordingly,attention the specific problems affecting the low degree of satisfaction in each dimension,we give the optimization Suggestions from four aspects:job,leader,promotion and organization.These optimization Suggestions can improve the satisfaction degree of front-line employees.Therefore,we can reduce staff turnover and improve the work quality.We can also retain excellent employees and attract talents.Then we can enhance the competitiveness in Nanchang Branch of XY Bank in the industry.
