21 century is coming, in the formation of global economy, chinese pharmaceutical industry is faced with a big gap compare to advanced world level, such as lack of core competence, weak in technological innovative capabilities, and slow in product evolution. In order to apply to the strategy of sustainable development in pharmaceutical industry and constract innovation country, the main ideas of pharmaceutical industry are bring forward as follows: enhance core-competitiveness, focus on technology innovation and improve products. The period of Eleventh Five-Year Plan is the time that Chinese pharmaceutical R&D is faced with Independent innovation.As a Hi-tech company, YT is a R&D and technology service company for bio-medical products, this thesis discuss how to improve technology innovation management and the suggestion during the period of independent innovation transconformation of Chinese pharmaceutical R&D. The main points are as follows:1) Through analysis of the present situation in chinese pharmaceutical industry and the comparison of pharmaceutical status between chinese and advanced countries, and combine with the overall plan of pharmaceutical industry development which was bring forward during the period of independent innovation transconformation of Chinese pharmaceutical R&D, it elaborates YT should attach more importance in innovation research, focus on technology innovation and improve products. YT improvement in future has to adapt overall plan of pharmaceutical industry development.2) Through analysis principles have been made by constract innovation country and encourage independent innovation, combine with discussion about strategy modes of small and medium enterprises in technology innovation, bring forward the choice of YT independent technology innovation strategy.3) To subject to an analysis for improve their advantage of pharmaceutical innovation system, research on investment decision of technology innovation, commercialization of research findings, and planning organizational structures.Through the above-mentioned problems exposition, it helps to provide reference for small and medium enterprises in chinese pharmaceutical R&D industry. Through analysis about characteristic of bio-technology, discussion choice in innovation strategy, investment decision, commercialization of research findings, it provide useful reference for high uncertainty of bio-technology, discriminate choice and build suitable innovation management system.
