Innovation is the source for an enterprise to get sustainable competitiveadvantage. There is very distant difference betweenour country and the developed country, especially, the management level of someenterprises still stay at the stage of the experience management. Although the lowlevel of management to a great extent is due to the realistic condition of ourcountry, facing the arrival of globalization, we should not avoid this problem again,and must try to catch up it. Therefore, strengthening the theory innovation,realizing the innovative management, is an extremely urgent topic in front of thetheory circle and enterprise circle, being significant.Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars, we carried on acomprehensive discussion about the innovation management, first explicitlyproposed the thought that "Innovation cannot be realized by the traditionalmanagement; the innovation management is the management that is centralized byinnovation, and needs to establish a platform to support innovation in theorganization", redefined the innovation management, analyzed characteristics ofinnovation management, and initially constructed an innovation management researchframe. Based on commenting on the domestic and foreign studying achievement, weintegrated the change with stable, the interior with exterior of enterprise, andconstructed an analytical ancestry about the source of innovation. We analyzed theinfluence of enterprise culture on enterprise innovation, and pointed out thecharacteristics of innovation culture. We discussed the constructing of innovationculture based on the enterprise DNA theory. We pointed out the definition of thetechnology innovation risk, and had carried out the classification study to it,and constructed a three-dimension analysis model of the technology innovation risk.The innovation capability is a core concept in the innovation management, settingoff from the capability, we discussed the "enterprise capability "carefully, hadgiven the definition of "enterprise innovation capability", used the related theoryof evolved economics to discuss the formation of enterprise innovation capability, and brought forward the corresponding raising countermeasures.
