| Since 1920, corporate social responsibility(CSR) have become a hot spot which involves many subjects like sociology, and enterprise management, meanwhile, more and more customers and enterprise also show their great interest in the implementation of CSR. However, as the key factor of globalization-Multi National Company (MNC)-their pace in globalization is not in correspondence with its CSR practices. Many country are experiencing the weakness of CSR practice. China-as the main character of investment bring-in country, the focus on MNC's CSR practice is in no double quite important.This essay includes 3 parts: first, based on the overview of CSR's classical theory and relevant research result, we conclude the reason for CSR's derivative and mature process in developed country. Combined with an analyst on the change of enterprise's generic, a solid foundation was paved. Secondly, from the perspective of economics (supply-demand model, cost-gain model), we analyze CSR related party's interactive engagements and estimated the most suitable input for CSR. Finally, comes to the"CSR's practice in China". Based on the building of comparison latitude and index subject, using the model and case study approach, we review MNC CSR's actual practice in China, and come to the final conclusion that: MNS CSR's practice level is higher than domestic enterprise while lower than its home-country. Correspondingly, we analyze the reason and solution toward this, so as to increase the CSR's implementation in China. |
