No matter from the various laws and regulations (hard restriction) promulgated by China government to see, or from the constraint employees, creditors, governmental, consumers, partner, belong to the community, environment and other stakeholders of collective appeal (soft restriction) to see, the corporation is in pursuit of economic profit, but also must bear the corresponding social responsibility at the same time, which is undoubted facts, and calls for corporate social responsibility is imminent.The concept of corporate social responsibility in China is still new things, the research for corporate social responsibility is still in infancy phase, theoretically immature and demonstration is quite short, there are a lot of places need to perfect, the author thinks that corporate social responsibility, especially corporation environmental social responsibility field, which need to do further research and discussion. Therefore, choose "China corporation environmental social responsibility theory and empirical research" as title, aims to unlock the misunderstanding, namely the new public environmental work could not in the traditional sense "high cost, mandatory, do show, not to enforce" concept, but ensure corporation bigger and stronger. It is the only road. Aims to study why environmental protection corporation need to take social responsibility, namely the outside requirements and corporation own awareness is dual promoting factors. Aims to study how the corporation bear the social responsibility, namely environmental through the necessary environmental protection facilities investment, technology innovation and reference to the advanced countries excellent environmental experience, rely on technological innovation is to meet the demand for both society development and corporation reduce the cost goal.
