National Regional Tourism Development, Community Residents Benefit From The Situation Analysis

At present, making use of beautiful scenery and unique humanities resources to develop tourism is flourishing in the western minority areas. Ethnic Tourism in essence is a comprehensive reflection of economic, social and cultural activity.The rise of the tourism industry will naturally bring a series of positive impacts to local ethnic communities,and community residents will gain benefits through participation directly or indirectly.However, substantial research has found that there is a huge difference among the forms of participation and benefits in tourism development of ethnic minority areas. What are the reasons for these differences? What kinds of impacts have participation and benefit bring to the community? Whether the community residents are satisfied with their participation? What contributions has the government made in guiding the process of community involvement , and what are their shortcomings? Whether the developers pay attention to community involvement? These are all worthy of our attention.Based on the investigation of Hubei Province Area WF, this thesisi tries to know the participatory approach and benefit of community residents, and to analyze the reasons for them choosing different participate forms.On this basis, this thesis explores mechanisms to establish a rational allocation of benefits, coordinates different groups, and safeguards the legitimate rights of community residents in order to promote sustainable development of community.The thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction. The main topic of this paper is to introduce the background and significance, review academic the research results in recent years and describe research methods.The second chapter is to introduce the development of the scenic spots and basic situation of the community.Through organizing and analyzing questionnaires and interviews, the chapter displays the basic living conditions of the local community residents and and their customs.As the focus of this article, Chapter III analyzes stakeholders of the scenic area and the operating mode as well as services of the scenic spots Then it classifies the participation of community residents in to different categories.At the basis of Chapter III, Chapter IV analyzes the reasons of different participation forms,and the government policies as well as operating mode.Chapter V is another focus of this article . This section describes the status of community residents' benefits, analyzes the reasons of different benefits.Finally,it makes the analysis and prediction of the situation for the benefit.At the basis of the above-mentioned chapters, Chapter VI discusses the problems of the scenic spots, puts forward the development of a harmonious community scenic structure mechanism,and discusses the countermeasures of the development.Chapter VII is the conclusion of this thesis,which makes a final summary and review.
