Cooperative Organization Of Competitive Intelligence

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the rise of coopetition, the cooperation have become the new theme which are concerned about . In order to deploy cooperation better, the model of enterprise's organization has changed. In the era of knowledge economy, with the rapid development of information technology and Internet and further deepening of globalization, organizational boundaries become blurred. The cooperation between the Organizations is increasing, so the new organizational model is emerged, such as the virtual enterprise, enterprise clusters, strategic alliances, sub-system and so on. These organizations which focus on co-operation can be called collaborative organizations. With the emergence of collaborative organization, competitive intelligence of enterprise also has changed dramatically.This paper is beginning with the characteristics of collaborative organization, discussed the impact of changes and new features of the competitive intelligence because of the changing of the model of enterprise's organization. At the same time, on the basis the paper discussed the competitive intelligence system which is suit collaborative organization combine cases, and construct the initial collaborative competitive environment surveillance model and rival analysis model, also bring forward some competitive strategies which are suit the collaborative organizations,hope to be helpful for practice.
