In the current competitive market environment, the old and famous shop or enterprise (brand) is facing a severe test of survival and growth, How to seize the opportunity to achieve fast-growing business has become the theoretical issues of common concern. In this paper, through in-depth investigation and study, and the use of the method of induction and deduction, writer analysed the survival status of Shanghai Old Commercial Enterprises. And on this basis, gave a suggestion of tourism development strategies which would contribute to the achievement of the old and famous enterprises, so as to promote the development of Shanghai Old Commercial Enterprises, and provide the relevant decision-making theory for the government too.
