The tourism industry in Shanghai has made great progress since the reform and open policy. In2010, the region has received214.63million tourists, with the tourism incomes at252.29billion yuan. As an important part of the tourism industry, the Shanghai tourism commodity market has grown rapidly in recent years. In the year of2009, tourism shopping revenue accounted for38.5%of domestic tourism income, ranking the first of the six elements of tourism industry. Therefore, the study on the development laws of Shanghai tourism commodity enterprises has profound theoretical and practical significance for the government to formulate the industrial policies and to provide timely guidance on the enterprise business.After searched the enterprise network database, combined with the reference materials such as Shanghai tourism industry report and the enterprise list of related exposition, the paper has obtained tens of thousands of pieces of basic information according to the business license public system of Shanghai administration for industry and commerce. As the basic materials of this study, the enterprise registration information includes main business, registration time, place of registration, registered fund and the nature of enterprise.This paper adopted the literature research, quantity research and the method of comparative analysis. With Shanghai tourism commodity enterprises as the study object, from the perspective of main business and the place of registration, the paper made conclusions by classification and comparative analysis:â‘ The location of Shanghai tourism commodity enterprises appeared suburb clustering.â‘¡The better the technology of tourism commodities, the higher the registered fund.â‘¢The farther from the central city, the number of tourism commodity enterprises is more since1997.â‘£The more the registered fund, the nearer from central city. Meanwhile, the paper has found that the various problems of Shanghai tourism commodity enterprises have become one of the main factors that restricted the development of Shanghai tourism commodity industry.This paper consists of5chapters. The first chapter generally introduces the research significance and research content, makes a thorough review of domestic and foreign research. The second chapter summarizes the composition and essential features of Shanghai tourism commodity enterprises in details. The third chapter illustrates the characteristics and influencing factors of different types of tourism commodity enterprises. The forth chapter analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of different spatial location of tourism commodity enterprises. The final chapter generally summarizes the conclusion of this paper, raises the problems of internal and external enterprise, finally puts forward the relevant proposals and measures to government and Shanghai tourism commodity enterprises. |
