"JS" as the JJ International Group's star enterprise carried out a series of enterprises after the reorganized. The overall structure is now more reasonable, hardware and software are up to the forefront of domestic counterparts,. The company has been only the one for foreign affairs travel company designated by Shanghai Government, Because the policy's protection,the JS occupied the monopoly position for a long time. Nowadays, economic situation is changed. The market served for foreign affairs tourist is opening, How to face the fierce competition among the bus services field,how to reget the former glory and give full play to advantages of JS and how to development continuously have become the top one at this stage for the company.The methods of diagnosis to enterprises is used for this paper, It analysis the market of the ShangHai bus and related field, and research both JS itself and other competitors,and this paper studies JS issues of marketing strategy, and finally focused on the building of the e-commerce marketing platform which as one of the most effective marketing tools is launched by JS recently.This paper aims to study the the travel bus enterprises especially in the period of the traditional state-owned monopoly in the enterprise in transition,On the basis of practical experience, introduce the latest E-commerce marketing idea to adapt the company to the complex conditions;and it can improve a capacity to strain and innovation to improve the overall operational efficiency;In result, the sales are up, the market share is increase. It bring more sales and greater market share,win more profits and more happy customers,Based on the above,we can explore the choice of the sales'strategy for the state-owned tourism enterprises in transition and great changed occured in the market.
