Tourism industry has become an important part of national economy. The rapid developments of tourism industry demand the study of tourism strategy. We want to establish an analytic mode based on market, traffic, resource, environment and tourism spatial spillover models. Via this mode, we can help decision-maker make correct strategic plan. The mode can be divided into seven steps, exterior circumstance and interior structure discriminate; RMP analyze; SWOT analyze; regional context and tour-image analyze; brand image and propagandistic catchword analyze; the governance mode analyze; and the strategic plan confirm.After that, it is very important to choose appropriate geo-computation model. We use the Wilson tourism interaction model. In order to analyze the market condition of tourism destination, we calculate the attraction of the touring region, the market area and market quotient of the touring region, the centralized index of customers and the radius of the attraction scope. We found as a tourism destination, Shanghai has a higher attraction, but the attraction dropped very fast as a result of lack of new tourism products.Tourism resources are the most important factor to attract tourists. So we use the model of YWZWC and WWTLM to classify and estimate the coastal tourism resource, and we also add some absent entry to WWTLM model.Climate condition is also very important of tourism destination. Now we use the temperature humidity index, index of wind effect, the clothing index to estimate the comfortable degree of human body. And we found the most comfortable months are Apr to Jun and Sep to Nov.As to traffic, we use the traffic accessibility, which took railway, road and air traffic condition in major cities into account; it was advanced by Xiahaibin (2006). We also use space syntax to compute the geometry accessibility of street of tourism destination.As to tourism spatial spillover, we use the model advanced by Caniels and Verspagen(2001), Development by Lishan(2006) to examine the tourism spillover among the 24 cities of the Yangtze delta tour-destination circle.Finally, based on these models, we build up model database. All the models in this thesis are realized with ArcObject and Teechart. They are easy to master and the price is low and can run inWindows2000 and XP seamlessly.
