M-pharmaceutical Chain Enterprises Based On Supply Chain Integration Purchasing Management

Now, Pharmaceutical industry is undergoing profound change. The opening of retailing market completely in China after we join WTO, the competition becomes more and more intensely, competitions are not only exist between single company, also between the whole supply chain. As we know, purchasing is one of the most important links of retailing industry. In this thesis, on the basis of combining the theory of intergated supply chain and reality, do some works for researching the purchasing management of pharmaceutical retailing industry.In the first part of the context, the author overview the supply chain theory and the present situation of the pharmaceutical retailing at home and abroad. In the second part, the author raises purchasing theory based on integrated supply chain. In the third part,the author analyzes the questions on purchasing management in China pharmaceutical retailing enterprise from the point of integrated supply chain management, including the scale of purchasing, management of supplier relationship, inventory management, information technology, commodity analysis.Finally, taking M chain drugstore Ltd.-one as an example, the author analyzes its present and former situation of purchasing based on integrated management stratery, including the following contents: commodity analysis, industry alliance, centralized purchasing and VMI management. And it indicates the development trend on purchasing management of pharmaceutical retailing company in the future.
