Chemical industry is a industry which has a highly depend on the chemical logistics.The competition of a chemical company or a chemical industry is determined by the level of management on logistics and supply chain. Chinese chemical logistics is on the rapid development period.It has a good market demand.But it is also facing a lot of competition and challenges from the size,strength,service level,service method, resource and establishment.The research of this thesis is based on the real chemical logistics management of CT chemical company.Analyze the problems on the chemical logistics management,for example,bad storage condition on dangerous chemical products,more accidents on dangerous chemical products transportation and the bad service on the third party logistics company. To these problems,the focus of the research is on the warehouse management, transportation management and the third party logistics company management.Firstly,the thesis is summarized the objection on the warehouse establishment and analyze the optimized warehouse.Secondly,the thesis is expatiated the safety,punctuality and economy of the chemical products transportation.Finally,the thesis is discussed the process of selecting a suitable third party logistics company and analyzed the service of this optimized third party logistics company.This thesis is analyzed the problems on our current chemical products logistics.TO put forward the feasible measurement on raising the competition of chemical products logistics combining with the actual CT company logistics work.This thesis has the high value and reference on the other chemical products company,as well as the similar industry.
