After the reform and development happened in China,the economic has made great development and rapid growth,the material supplies enriched day by day which accelerated the development of logistic.With the growth of the fierce competition in the market,more and more manufactures are trying to outsource the non-core business to the third party.With the development of network and information technology,and the technology application of WMS,TMS,GPS,RFID and so on,the information exchange of cosmetic products company and the third party logistics company are more real-time,convenient and fast.Enterprise are more confidence to send the logistics business to 3PL.More and more refined social division of labor promote the development of the third party logistics industry.Logistics center plays as the key node in the whole supply chain.The government,logistics enterprises,industrial real estate enterprises of logistics center construction play more attention on the development of the logistic center.However,there are some problem existed in the development of China’s logistics center in the planning and design,the degree of modernization,personnel training,cost control,innovation ability etc.Which arouse our thinking and to solve.In this thesis,the writer describes the background,research purpose,significance,content and research methods.After studying on the theoretical research of the third party logistics and logistics center at home and abroad,the writer expounds the theoretical basis of this study: third party logistics management,human resource management,storage management,warehousing cost management theory.The writer studies on the XQ warehouse and finds out the main problems existing in the enterprise,which includes the level of information,human resource management,cost control and work efficiency etc.After analyzing and studying on the cause of the problem,the writer proposes an improvement planning for the XQ logistic enter based on the premise of maximum efficiency and effectiveness.Through the analysis of XQ logistics center,the writer finds out the common problems in operation of the third party logistics enterprise commodity logistics center.This thesis will provide data support for strategy making in the future and increase company competition in the future development.
