With the rapid economic growth,the demand for finished products with chemical products as the raw materials has been increasing,which has brought the demand for semi-finished products.Since chemical industry is an additional industry in the oil industry,China's current semi-finished products market is still mainly in the hands of the big three oil majors.So chemical intermediate goods trade pattern in our country present plans and social and economic properties,chemical refinery of semi-finished products from the upstream to the downstream dealers of the supply chain is not complicated,and even in some areas to form oligarch competition mode,this means that only a small amount of trade intermediaries and variations of simple level distribution pattern.But in this supply chain in the chain at the bottom of the customer presents the number,location distribution of irregular,low demand,etc,by only a few dealers in the area of the specific circumstances,the secondary distribution costs of controllable also gradually be brought up.Therefore,it is necessary to explore a suitable for China's chemical intermediate secondary distribution mode of logistics optimization system,effectively reduce chemical intermediate secondary distribution logistics cost,improve the level of logistics service has become an important problem of chemical sales enterprise consider,also makes the chemical logistics optimization of secondary distribution and vehicle scheduling problem has become the research hot spot in the industry.According to the characteristics of the chemical secondary distribution,this paper put forward the coordination theory applied to chemical secondary distribution network in the whole area,on this basis to develop a coordinated logistics distribution vehicle scheduling problem and logistics optimization problem.Firstly,this paper analyzes the collaborative theory system of logistics distribution from several aspects according to the main content of collaborative theory,and discusses the service network of secondary distribution in this mode.Secondly,based on the above analysis of the secondary distribution service network,with warehouse distribution vehicle scheduling and vehicle transportation route selection for decision variables,build the meet the requirements of the customers during the planning period time of collaborative logistics distribution vehicle scheduling optimization and distribution mode(carpool/not carpooling,hosting/register)choice model.In this paper,based on the characteristics of the proposed model,the model simple and complex variables equivalent change and the coupling constraint of Lagrangian relaxation,the original nonlinear programming problem is divided into a typical linear programming problem,and algorithm to design.Finally,this paper takes the situation of the supply and sale of chemical products in south China as an example.The results show that the cooperative optimization modelcan make full use of the existing logistics resources and effectively reduce the distance of the repatriation of empty vehicles and reduce the cost.The results prove the feasibility of the model.
