On the other hand, they need to persist in enhancing the logistics services to meet the requirement of their customers to deepen the level of cooperation. Manufacturing enterprises whose products regularly export to the other countries, put more and more focus on how to minimize the loss in logistics process, how to reduce the logistics costs and how to reduce the risks of chemical goods in the transportation between different ports.Firstly, this paper introduce the significance of supply chain logistics, logistics partner selection methods and chemical goods logistics characteristics and how to apply project management technology to logistics management, and put much attention in discussing the importance of logistics providers choosing and project management in logistics project. Secondly, this paper analyzes the logistics problems in fine chemical manufacturing enterprise.The purpose of the implementation of the WX company overseas warehouse project is mainly to solve the increasing costs caused by the damages, risks and uncertainly times in logistics transportation. According to the overseas warehouse stock items, this paper analyzes the demonds of the project, then uses the AHP tool to carry on the comprehensive analysis of the alternatives and obtain the optimal supplier program. Next in line with the characteristics of enterprise, this paper constructs the organization structure model, and uses Gantt chart to control the project schedule, introduces the role of risk management in this project. Finally,this paper gives out the positive impact and shortcomings on the project.By this paper, the enterprises could get the conclusions that project goals should be measurable, the project team incentive should be paid more attention, and the objective project acceptance should be carried out effectively. |
