Tibet Since The Reform And Opening Up Economic Cycle Fluctuation Study

This thesis probes into the cyclical fluctuation of Tibet's economy in the past 30 years since the reform and open policy as centering on the development of economy,attempting to analyze the cause and law of its cyclical fluctuation as well as how the Tibet government regulates its economy to reduce the adverse effect brought by cyclical fluctuation,on this basis,probing into the economic development and industrial structure adjustment in the future of Tibet further.After decades of development nearly,Tibet has undergone enormous changes, its achievement of world interest has aroused the attention from people all over the world.But in fact economic development is not all plain sailing.The economy of Tibet has undergone numerous shocks and fluctuations,that is to say,the fluctuation in economic cycle has accompanied the whole course of Tibet's economic development all the time.Studies have shown that,from 1978,the economic development of Tibet is divided into 4 cycles altogether,Taking 1991 year as boundary,1978～2008 can be separated into two parts,the first one include three cycles and the last one is the 4th round of cycle.In a way,the general characteristics of Tibet economic cycle appear as the first one is classical cycle while the last one is increasing cycle At present,Tibet's economy is going through the 4th round of cycle,its duration is comparatively greatly lengthened,up till now,have already gone through for 18 years.This thesis is divided into 5chapters altogether,the basic content of every chapter is as follows:Chapter 1 investigates the history of the theory in economic cycle, investigating Marx's economic crisis theory and the western theory in economic cycle mainly,offering the theoretical foundation and analytical method for us to analyze the cyclical economic fluctuation of Tibet.Chapter 2 is the analysis on the history of Tibet's cyclical economic fluctuation,analyzing the behavior,type and general characteristics of Tibet's cyclical economic fluctuation as well as the corresponding economic state of development with the cyclical fluctuation.Chapter 3 is the analysis on the industrial structure characteristics of Tibet's cyclical economic fluctuation,so that we can hold the whole train of Tibet's cyclical economic fluctuation in a comprehensive way.Chapter 4 is the analysis on factors that influence the economic cycle in Tibet. It mainly analyzes the causes of Tibet's economic cycle from external factor and endogenous factor.The cyclical economic fluctuation of Tibet is a comprehensive result of endogenous factors and external factors.Chapter 5 probes into the control and regulation on Tibet's cyclical economic fluctuation,mainly probing into Tibet's existing system that regulates the cyclical economic fluctuation and propose to set up corresponding index.Well as the Tibet government should strengthen the regulation on economic cycle and speed up the adjustment of industrial structure.
