It often emerges that compliance with the code of ethics and unethical business highly split up in the enterprise management activities, which leads to the serious deficiencies of the corporate ethics. Facing with the deficiencies in construction of corporate ethical culture, only we do further exploration and research in corporate ethical culture, can the factors affecting the construction of corporate ethics culture be better dialysed, and the root causes of these problems be more in-depth understood, then a suitable path to solve these problems be chose to promote the stable and sustainable development for enterprises.In related research, there have not made a clearer interpretation of corporate ethics , business ethics , corporate culture and corporate ethics culture. The interpretation for the relevant concept in paper is not to emphasize the difference between them. The purpose of this paper is to indicate that morality are to be understood as culture, and to emphasize that the corporate ethics in this paper is not equivalent to the wide range social morality.There are many forms of deficiencies of corporate ethical culture, such as swindling and fraud,forgery, unfair competition, environmental pollution, and violations of employee rights, bribery, etc. The deficiencies of corporate ethical culture has led the enterprise morals behavior to deviate from the norm, which not only reduces the social efficiency, increases social costs, impacts social justice realization, but also harms the social morals. Therefore, it is very essential to study the the reasons that create deficiencies of construction of corporate ethical culture and point out the solutions to solve this question.We can analyze the reasons of deficiencies of corporate ethical culture,which include economic reason, system reason, cognition reason, the staff occupational ethics and so on.
