Pre-qin Confucianists' Ideas Modern Enterprise Culture Applied Research

At present our country economic order is still chaotic, the materialistic concept is very popular in the business,and management behaviors,such as sacrificing righteousness for profit,have occurred sometimes.Therefore,I begin to study the subject of the pre-Qin Confucian concepts of righteousness and benefit, confirm the value , analysis successful practice of modern business case on basis of modern corporate culture,and lastly obtain the actual program which is Suitable for modern enterprise culture. What I have done above, for establishment of market economic order and the modern enterprise system has important theoretical value and practical significance.Firstly, in the article I explore the core idea and its manifestations of the pre-Qin Confucian concepts of righteousness and benefit from the perspective of the modern corporate culture.The core idea is"righteousness is first",and its manifestations say as follows:First, business philosophy is to see righteousness; Second, corporate code of conduct is to get justly; Third, enterprise management results is to promote righteousness before benefit. Above all,the pre-Qin Confucian concepts of righteousness and benefit has a strong basis of Philosophy of Human Nature,Behavioral Economicsand Sociology.Secondly, I explore the application of the pre—Qin Confucians concepts of righteousness and benefit to Modern Cultural Construction. Learnning from core ideas of the pre-Qin Confucian concepts of righteousness and benefit,I think it is necessary for modern enterprise culture to establish values, which is not only consistent with the requirements of justice of Chinese cultural tradition, but also adapt to the pursuit of profit in market economy. Then, I put forward the proposition of enterprise culture"righteousness- oriented", and explore the content and countermeasures of enterprise culture.Finally, With success example of Tong Ren Tang enterprise culture in this paper, I reveal the foundation of Rende culture, ethical culture, quality culture, harmony cultural, and verify the theoretical and practical significance of the pre-Qin Confucian concepts of righteousness and benefit.This paper mainly has two innovations: Firstly, highlight the times. On the basis of learning Confucian classics, I explain the pre—Qin Confucians concepts of righteousness and benefit system of thought, put forward the proposition of enterprise culture"righteousness- oriented", and explore the content and countermeasures of enterprise culture.Secondly, reflect practicality. I diligently analyze the actual case about the building of enterprise culture of Beijing Tongrentang, reveal the foundation of Rende culture, ethical culture, quality culture, harmony cultural, and verify the theoretical and practical significance of the pre-Qin Confucian concepts of righteousness and benefit.Because of my limited research capabilities and academic level, it may not be thoroughly studied. Although not to, but yearn for. I will continue to explore in the future work and practice, and further study issues related to the topic, such as the historical evolution of the pre-Qin Confucian concepts of righteousness and benefit, the construction of evaluation index system, and more case studies.
