Economics and management disciplines, such as construction of the entrepreneur inthe role of corporate culture have been numerous research results, and in the perspective ofresearch ethics is less, partly because of the ethical dimension of research is a high level,the need for some background. Corporate culture based on this framework, the ethicalspirit of entrepreneurship in the current social context to the perspective of ethics weremore systematic analysis of research, which is an exploration of the strong subject. By theproduct life cycle theory of revelation, made the concept of life-cycle enterprise culture,enterprise culture into the incubation period, lag, stable, recession four stages.Entrepreneurial spirit with the main body of ethical, institutional, practical, inheritance andother features of the formation of corporate culture, development and change have had animportant role, so that the four stages of corporate culture on the entrepreneurial spirit havedifferent ethical the dominant needs: the gestation period is the demand for courage; lag isa humble spiritual needs; stable is the spirit of cooperation needs; recession is theenterprising spirit of the demand. These different requirements are based on a corporateculture of each period to determine the characteristics and focus, with relatively strongtargeted. Led through the various stages of the entrepreneurial spirit to the corporateculture ethical conduction mechanism, with the managerial grid theory, corporate cultureand business of each period of the relationship between the production characteristics ofthe conduction process occurs. Nurture entrepreneurs in corporate culture, mainly throughthe accumulation of the way; lag mainly by guiding the way; stable, mainly through acollaborative manner; recession conducted mainly through the way of communication andthe role of the corporate culture. In accordance with the conclusions of this study, proposedto enhance the entrepreneurial culture in the enterprise spirit of the ethical role of materialto increased investment, strengthening the system of cultural influence, moral guidance ofpublic opinion, moral constraints, incentives and other means of moral cultivation.
