Study Of Resource-based Urban Industrial Development

Resource-based cities mean that the construction or development of the cities based on resource development. There are 1/7 cities are resource-based cities in our country. There is a typical oil town of Daqing city, Dongying, Panjin, such as, coal city of Datong, Fuxin, etc. Jixi. Because of the reason of the history and actuality, the industrial development of the resource-based city in China is becoming more and more rigorous: its industry competition ability is lowly and industry development lack power. This brings a series of economic and social problems, and resolving these problems is of great practical meaning. most of the researches of the domestic and international scholars on issues related to Resource-based urban industrial development are based on the external environment and exogenous factors, but in our country more and more in depth the process of market circumstances, from the perspective of industry and region approaches to this issue, no doubt more theoretical and practical significance.First, this dissertation reviews phenomenon and its theories development, combining the characteristic of Industrial Cluster. This points out the feasibility of this dissertation and gives the latter research a foundation. Last this dissertation analyzes the industry present condition in our resource city, and on the basis of giving evaluation to the current relevant research and combining the theories of Industrial Cluster, it puts forward the corresponding measure from two phrases (i.e. the foundational phrase and the operating phrase.) and its conclusions possess the characteristic of innovation.
