Study Of City Commercial Banks' Internal Control System

As China's economic reform process gains quicker pace & the development of the market economy has entered a new stage, city commercial banks (CCBs for short) join the economic construction as a new force and show great vitality, whose role in regional economic development is increasingly significant. However, after joining the WTO, the large number of foreign financial institutions enter the Chinese market, China's CCBs face different competition in the market, their business risks are also growing and difficult to control. In practice, more and more case control mistakes of city commercial banks also show that: the mature Western theory about commercial banks internal control shows that Non-adaptive disease. Therefore, my view: with strengthening of supervision, at the same time city commercial banks should also strengthen construction of internal control systems, which on theoretical foundation should be innovative so as to adapt to China's economic development and the environment of the rule of law. In aspect of the manipulation, CCBs Should be more innovative about combining the characteristics of regional economic development, adopt a flexible means of periodic stress control key points, so as to establish the internal control system adapt to CCBs.In this paper, there are standardized research, empirical analysis, a special case analysis approach to Quanzhou commercial banks (QZCB for short)for the study of internal control. On the basis of systematic theoretical tools, the full inspection in the banking sector, well-known internal control theory I take QZCB as a universal or unique existence of the internal control issues, focus on research in QZCB internal control systems and suggest a reform and adjustment program.In this paper: QZCB should learn from Western commercial banks in the internal control system and the advanced experience of modern Chinese city commercial banks risk prevention measures, such as the right measure to build systems and improve the methods of QZCB for internal control system Model, so as to truly realize the internal control system of commercial banks including operating risk prevention, control in the matter, and afterwards make up for the function.
