With the improvement of living standards, more and more people have enough economy and energy to achieve spiritual satisfaction through the way of traveling. The development of information technology, the popularity of the Internet and the rise of electronic commerce have brought great conveniences to the consumers who are in the favor of travel products, also have played a role in promoting the development of tourism enterprises, a group of online travel enterprises are rising rapidly and have attracted widespread attention with their unique business model. Online travel industry is a new industry relying on the network as platform, to provide consumers with information about the query, product booking and service reviews and other functions, provider of connecting scenic spots, hotels, aircraft ticket, car rental companies and other travel service, and also involved in a number of tourism derivatives such as tourism review sites, travel information sites, etc. As an industry with great potential, online travel industry take the lead in the rise in foreign countries, have a broad prospects for development. So, it has important significance of studying abroad leading enterprise business model for the ascension of China’s online travel companies market competitiveness and the development of innovative tourism business.The purpose of this paper first introduced the research and practical significance, research ideas and methods, innovation and deficiency; then introduced the theoretical foundation of the online travel business model, including the definition of online travel and customer delivered value theory, and the theory of market segmentation theory basis and so on; then analyzed the cases, took a concrete analysis of the international online travel industry giant Priceline group’s business model, including its profit model, original sales model of Name Your Own Price, brand promotion mode, brand promotion mode, customer maintenance mode and operator maintenance mode; Next, evaluated the effect of the online travel agent’s business model, select evaluation index, using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, import China’s online travel companies Ctrip and give a comprehensive analysis with Priceline in business model effect assessment, comparing the business model effect between the two companies. It can be seen the leading place of the international leading online travel companies; finally elaborated the enlightenment of Priceline business model to the online travel enterprise in our country.
