Almost all companies implement modern quality engineering techniques. But they do not exert the function of engineering techniques fully so that they bring benefits to company and promote quality level of product improvement continuously.Considering the situation talked above, I design and analyze the structure and content of the thesis combined with author's working experience and what I have learned from implement the techniques. The thesis states the theory and meanings of quality management and quality engineering; meanwhile it analyzes the implement of quality engineering techniques especially classical quality engineering techniques in manufacturing. And it also states the procedure and items need to be considered when we implement these techniques.The thesis analyzes two phases of quality engineering techniques according to following different sorts:1,The quality engineering techniques and their application in the phase of design of product which include QFD, Reliability and FTA and so on. The thesis also analyzes sample using QFD2000 software.These techniques are used in designing product phase. It is a trial for designing engineering for the design of product for it is mainly determine quality level of product.2,The quality engineering techniques and their application in the phase of design of product which include SPC, FMEA and so on. The thesis also analyzes sample using Minitab.This part analyzes using what ways and how to implement them in the manufacture process to guarantee the assembly line has enough ability to produce product and has ability to improve quality level continuously.The thesis combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis when it analyzes above techniques, which can guarantee the implement of techniques in manufacturing smoothly.
