Application Research Of Reliability Engineering In M Company

The causes,process and results of M company introduced the reliability engineering methods are analyzed systematically in this paper.The main contents include the following aspects: First,introduces the research progress and current situation of reliability engineering method;Second,analysis of the problems of M company in the quality and reliability before 2014,and decide to import system reliability engineering methods for the solution of these problems;Third,the specific strategies and path of the reliability engineering methods of M company are analyzed systematically,and gives two typical examples;Fourth,makes a detailed analysis on the achievements and benefits obtained after M company leading in the methods of reliability engineering.According to the analysis of this paper,we can found that the management of whole life cycle in reliability engineering method is extension of total quality management in the time dimension,also greatly enriched the content of quality management.Through the application of reliability engineering methods,not only solves the problems in quality and reliability management of M company before 2014,and have made a number of achievements in the following aspects: the staff ability,organization and system,product quality,company reputation etc.,and continuous improvement can be achieved through the iterative upgrade.This paper summarizes the management strategies of reliability management,with these good features for relatively low cost,quick effect and good feasibility.The management strategies are suitable for popularization and application in other enterprises and industries.It has a certain reference value to improve the reliability of Chinese products and manufacturing competitiveness,has great social and economic significance.
