Zibo Recreation Industry Development Strategy Research

Leisure is the advanced progress of human culture. As the development of the economy and the society, the need for leisure consuming is increasing gradually, which brings up higher requests for the fields of leisure economy. To promote the development of leisure industry has been the vital topic for the people to improve the living qualities and the economy.This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of leisure and the factors which affect the people's leisure in the condition of bonding the leisure field. It analyzes the effct leisure has made to the development of city economy: leisure plays a great role in the factors of stimulatng the cosuming, the high rate of employment and the fast growing of economy, which influences the speed of economy development to a great extend.This paper takes the promotion of the leisure industry in Zibo City as its first point, applies with the theory of city economy and management, uses the experiencs of leisure industry development in China as a mirror and get to research in the development strategy of Zibo leisure industry and proposes the suggestions and some measures. This paper describes the advantages of Zibo leisure industry which mainly are the cultural resources and the natural resources, the location, the industry and the improvement of citizens' living standard. It also tells the way to develop the leisure industry. On this base, it states the the suggestions and policies to promote the development of Zibo leisure industry and emphasizes the responsibility the government should take in the development of leisure industry.
