The Corporate Culture Of The Online Gaming Industry And Research

With continuous promotion of globalization, especially the networking fashion that swept over the whole world from the beginning of the last century, the communication-barrier between country and country is getting lower and lower these days. While China, as a newly developing country, is withstanding the attack and revolution brought by the Internet Time, the traditional values and culture of Chinese companies is also being gradually influenced and changed by the culture of those global enterprises.Rapidly growing up and constantly developing at the end of last century, Chinese internet enterprises have already experienced four periods which are known as: Website Service,B to C Service,Online Game,Community Service, during which they are progressively shaping their own features and characters. So our purpose to do research on current culture situation of Chinese internet enterprises is to find out the guidance which is used by this kind of newly-developing enterprises in their culture building on one hand, and try to figure out the core culture of those Chinese-featured internet enterprises by combining the oldest Chinese culture and the newest internet one together on the other.In this context, we will look back to 10-years-developing history of online game companies, analyze the features they share and the cause of the similarity in their culture, and then get our conclusion according to these analyses. While the conclusion tells us the cultural features of those enterprises, it will also proposed some innovative culture suggestions which might fit those traditional enterprises. More important, the conclusion will offer practical help and suggestion for the enterprises to build a more reasonable and Chinese-featured culture system, so as to promote the sound and orderly development of the whole on-line game industry. As we all know, the culture of those newly-developed enterprise will undoubtedly influence common people's work and life deeper and wider. Research to enterprise culture may become the guideline for culture's shaping and development. It is believed that to combine Chinese surpassing traditions with International Enterprise's innovative enterprise culture will bring much more value to Chinese enterprises and society's long-term development.
