On The Driving Role Enterprise Culture Plays In Technology Innovation

With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, especially after joining the WTO, competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce. The technical innovation is the key to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and how to improve the development of enterprise technology innovation ability is the most important. As internal driving force to promote the enterprise technological innovation, compared with the external market driven force, the former able to enhance the advantage can replace the subjective enterprise technology innovation, fundamentally enhance enterprise’s technical innovation ability. The positive role of enterprise culture to technological innovation is gradually understand by entrepreneurs, and in practice with positive attitude, combined with an effective action, consciously building, training and development of high quality matching enterprise culture. Based on this, the dissertation with the academic development of frontier, fully considering the actual demand, taken the enterprise culture of technological innovation in the drive function as the research object, the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, and the purpose of the thesis is to give theoretical and practical help for the enterprise technological innovation.Firstly, this dissertation analyses the theory about enterprise culture and technological innovation. Denison organizational culture model and professor Yuan Deyu’s theory about technical innovation capability index been taken as the basis theory of the study. Secondly, according to analyzing the relationship between Denison’s4characters of enterprises culture and4phase in technology innovation. Professor Yuan Deyu’s specific technical innovation capability index been classified as four phases. Through the analysis, measure indicators of enterprise technological innovation and Danny’s organizational culture of the model of enterprise culture development trend of index is direct proportional. And get the conclusion is that enterprise culture plays driving role in technology innovation. Again, Jiangsu sunshine group been taken as the research object, the dissertation adopted interview and questionnaire to collect data then use EXCEL and SPSS analysis and verification the theoretical assumptions. The last conclusion is that the appropriate enterprise culture plays a very important positive role in the process of the enterprise technological innovation.
