Research On Improving The Innovation Ability Of The Enterprise Management Team From The Perspective Of Collaborative Innovation Network

In the context of open innovation and knowledge economy,in order to adapt to the national innovation and development strategy and improve the enterprise life cycle,combined with collaborative innovation theory,social network theory,symbiosis theory and life cycle theory,etc,the mechanism of improving the innovation ability of the enterprise management team is explored from the perspective of collaborative innovation network.Through a comprehensive review of the literature at home and abroad,the idea of improving the innovation ability of enterprise management team from the perspective of collaborative innovation network is determined,and the research content is divided into two parts: qualitative and quantitative.In the qualitative research part,through the construction of the asymmetric evolutionary game model of management team innovation ability joint training,the strategy choices of trainers and the development of the stable state are analyzed,and the direct trainer is the enterprise itself and the indirect trainer is composed of other enterprises on the industry chain,universities and scientific research institutions.The results show that all selection of positive training strategies or all negative training are the two evolutionary stability strategy of the game system.In order to improve the stability of the model and increase the income of the stable state,we should start with the formulation of reasonable distribution mechanism of interest,the improvement of the feedback mechanism of collaborative process,and the construction of a reasonable cooperative cooperation platform.Using symbiosis theory to analyze the strategy choice behavior of the game player,the concept of symbiotic behavior is introduced in to make quantitative analysis of the upgrading mechanism of innovation capability of the enterprise management team from the perspective of collaborative innovation network.In the quantitative research part,the relationship model among cooperative innovation network relationship strength,symbiotic behavior and management team innovation ability is constructed and tested by empirical analysis.The results show that the cooperative innovation network relationship strength has a positive impact on the innovation ability of management team,and the symbiotic behavior plays a complete intermediary role between the other two.Combined with the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper gives some suggestions on improving the innovation ability of enterprise management team from the perspective of collaborative innovation network,such as clarifying the strategic of the collaborative innovation network position in the development of enterprises,strengthening the strength of the cooperative innovation network relationship,promoting the construction of the cooperative platform in the collaborative innovation network,formulating a reasonable benefit distribution mechanism in the cooperative innovation network and the government providing policy support for the cultivation of the innovative ability of the enterprise management team.
