With the rapid development of China's economy,private enterprises have become the main force,especially the small-medium size private enterprises have showed their excellent performance in the market competition.However,in the meantime,the loss of talent has become a major problem in these enterprises.The article focuses on the influence of relationship between employees on the resignation tendency.On one hand,in the view that current enterprises are in the stage of marketing transformation,many new situations and problems have aroused in the employee relations;On the other hand,the importance of small-medium size enterprises and the urgent needs of sustained development require researchers to provide theories and methods of support from different aspects.This paper takes employee relations as the basic theory foundation,proposes basic hypothesis with related comprehensive theories,and execute questionnaires by combining Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire,employees relations scale,and Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB)Scale by Fan Jingli.Questionnaires is aimed at the relationship between employee relations and resignation intention.243 questionnaires have been sent out,and 206 questionnaires have been received.We have used spss19.0 statistic software to do the analysis on credibility,validity,difference in population statistics,Exploratory Factor,correlation and regression.Influence of employee relations in small-medium size enterprise and four dimensions on resignation intention has been discussed.This article is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly for the research background,research purposes and research methods of this issue are briefly discussed.The second chapter is the related theory and literature review at home and abroad,to explore the latest progress and important theory of the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises at home and abroad,and to limit the key issues and concepts that need to be studied in this paper.The third chapter puts forward the hypothesis and design of the relationship between employee relationship and turnover intention in SMEs,forms a scale and conducts field research.According to theoretical research and experience,employee relationship may have an impact on turnover intention,so a standard scale is designed and analyzed through targeted research.The fourth chapter carries on the empirical research and analysis to the survey result,and makes conclusion by using the SPSS 19.0 software to carry on the analysis on the questionnaire result,in the aspect of reliability,and validity analysis,description analysis,difference in population statistics,Exploratory factor analysis,and correlation and regression analysis.The fifth chapter combines the results of analysis and verification and demolition theory,put forward countermeasure analysis for small-medium size private enterprises by enhancing employee relations to inhibit resignation intention.And puts forward deficiencies and suggestions for future research.
