| Private economy is the important component in state economy. The implementtion of the Developing the west strategy has brought about precious opportunites for the development of private economy in Guizhou province. With the rapid development of the private enterprises, salary management has been the key of them.The salary management system is the key link of business enterprise operation, management and development. The salary management is a basic task in human resources management. In knowledge-based economy and economic globalization ages, it is a very necessary and important topic to Chinese private enterprises to build up a set of salary system which is scientific, reasonable, effective, and meet the development requirement. Private enterprise M in Guizhou province is regarded as the research object in the paper. Based on the theory of salary management and the analysis about reality salary system for M company, this paper discusses the problems and the disadvantages that exist in salary system management of the company and the reasons resulting in these problem. On the base of investigation, combine with the reality and demand of the business enterprise human resource management, a new design of the system is put forward. |
