November2012, in the18th Chinese Communist Party National Congress, the CPC Central Committee proposed "to promote the construction of socialist culture and powerful country Enhancing national strength and the core competitiveness of enterprises by culture-building is both the trend of the times and the needs of the development.Construction enterprises liquidity, long production cycle, practitioners and cultural level and numbers of reasons, lead to the low level of enterprise culture construction. Instead the large state-owned construction enterprises, there is little construction enterprise system building of enterprise culture. With the continuous development of the construction industry. Low level corporate culture cannot meet the needs of enterprise management, a direct manifestation of the backwardness of the corporate culture is the decline in the competitiveness of enterprises. Without the core competitiveness of construction enterprises in the fierce market competition will eventually be kicked out. Therefore, more and more managers are aware of the importance of the building of enterprise culture, to further tap the "corporate culture" hidden resources, to enhance the core competitiveness of construction enterprises.This paper first introduces the two concepts of "enterprise culture" and "core competencies" from a theoretical point of view. Then I research the relationship between the building corporate culture and core competitiveness and mechanisms of action. Secondly, and from strategic analysis, building content and effect evaluation of three angles, described the process of enterprise culture construction. Cultural construction include six aspects of the construction enterprise market power, talent force, technology force, organizational power, capital force, the image force. Third, the use of the comprehensive evaluation of technology, to evaluate the effect of the construction of enterprise culture, the entire evaluation system consists of six indicators and25small indicators and analytic hierarchy process and expert investigation to be assigned to the various indicators, and strive to accurately reflect the enterprise culture construction. Finally, the evaluation system previously designed, Jinan four Construction (Group) Co.. Ltd. responsible for building of enterprise culture were evaluated and concluded feedback to Jinan built at the group declared their next corporate culture construction work to provide first-hand information.More systematic exposition of the process based on the core competitiveness of enterprise culture construction, building corporate culture has a certain practical significance and reference value.
