The Hn Group Procurement Management Optimization

As a newly and supporting industry, Real estate industry has developing very fast, it has great effect on other related industries, putting big drive on national economic, so it has been noticed extensively. With the background of china's reformation and economic globalization, real estate industry is facing more and fiercer competition from the inner and outer of the industry, if a real estate company wants survive and develop, it must change its management mechanism, adopting advanced management ideal,model and measure. The purchasing management of real estate enterprise has great effect on quality,cost and project's time of house, it is one of the main strategic measures to realize production's difference and to reduce cost.This thesis uses theory analysis and case study, combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, it analyse and study the purchasing management procedure system of H N group, in order to establish a scientific,normative system for H N group. Firstly, it introduces the concept and function of purchasing management procedure system of our nation's real industry, explains theory of purchasing procedure,purchasing model and supplier management, it analyse the existing problem and causation of the purchasing management procedure system of H N group, then calssify the equipment and materials, optimize the current purchasing procedure, construct scientific purchasing model, establish supplier management.Though this thesis is concentrate on purchasing management procedure system of H N group, it will be helpful to other rapidly developing real estate companies.
