Study On The Optimization And Management Of Purchasing System Of Company A Under Supply Chain

The thesis addresses the related concept of purchasing management, and then introduces the characteristics of purchasing management and its development trend under the environment of supply chain. It also analyzes the internal and external factors which influence the purchasing process.This thesis takes an international enterprise-company A as the case example to be studied. It introduces the basic conditions of the company, and also analyzes the problems in purchasing. These problems include lacking of professional purchasers, unreasonable purchasing system, unbalanced purchase organization structure, unreasonable suppliers'structure, low speed of payment etc.Based on the status quo analysis of the current problems, the thesis presents solutions from system point of view.1. Aiming at the unreasonable purchasing system, company A should simplify the process, builds up new regulation system, create the flexible and feasible purchasing system, infuse the creative vitality into the enterprise purchasing.2. For the problems exist in the structure of purchasing organization, company A should raise employee's professional level so as to improve working efficiency.3. As for how to exploit new vendors, company A should improve the unreasonable structure of supplier by implementing new vendor qualification processes.In the end, the thesis introduces the electronics purchasing system of company A and puts forward view points about the underlying opportunities and risks the electronics purchase system may take.
