Organization structure of a enterprise is a relation of internal authority, obligation ,control and coordination founded to realize established business and strategic objectives, it's an important section for a enterprise setting up continual competitive advantages.The development and change of an enterprise have a close relationship with the conditions of internal and external environment. With the economy increasingly globalized, enterprise is facing fierce competition with the scope of worldwide, the innovations of organization structure are increasingly shown with general thoughts of simplifying internal structure, focusing on core business, setting up and maintaining competitive advantages. Organization structure is a relationship form identified by all internal components of the organization. Professor Simon, who won the economic prize of Nobel in 1997, believes that the first condition for developing social resources effectively is of an effective organization structure, which means a reasonable and scientific structure will have a direct impact on the organization running efficiently.With China joining in WTO, innovations and development of an enterprise, particularly the research of changing its organization structure is becoming an important point. A lot of companies attempt to improve its business status by changing its structure, but in reality, the risk of changing the structure is considerable, there are a lot of cases that companies' profit degraded, even though go bankrupt by changing the organization structure.In this passage we used the organization structure of JiangXi Kelon Co,.Ltd as our research subject, on the basis of combining with reality, we made a research and discussion on structure change, analyzed the new situation of the company facing, applied the theory of changing organization structure to analyze the current situation of the company, we want to summarize resistances of a structure change and concerned resolutions , providing certain thoughts and methods for other companies on organization structure changes.
