A lot of companies attempt to improve its business status by changing its structure, but in reality, the risk of changing the structure is considerable, there are a lot of cases that companies' profit degraded, even though go bankrupt by changing the organization structure.In this passage we used the organization structure of JiangXi Kelon Co,.Ltd as our research subject, on the basis of combining with reality, we made a research and discussion on structure change, analyzed the new situation of the company facing, applied the theory of changing organization structure to analyze the current situation of the company, we want to summarize resistances of a structure change and concerned resolutions , providing certain thoughts and methods for other companies on organization structure changes.
