Logistics is a real hot topic especially after China became member of World Trade Organization. The topic includes localization, marketing segmentation and tax classification, etc.There are nearly 730,000 logistic companies in China but few of them are powerful enough to be fit for the title of "Logistics Company". Most of them are only focus on simple business such as transportation, warehousing, etc. Their small volume and simple business model makes it impossible to handle the systematic strategy.On the contrary, oversea competitors are sharing the Chinese market step by step, they follow their customers to China, setting up branches and offices, or cooperating with Chinese partners for better "invasion". And after several years, they have had their own joint ventures, then, they handle their own business in China by themselves. They localize their business at many aspects, such as human resources, management, sales and marketing, etc.The Study is about marketing strategy of a fast growing international logistics company. I explore the marketing strategy and detail marketing tactical after studying of commercial background and potential market chance of Jiangsu Danamin International Logistics Co., Ltd on the basis of more than 14 years' experience in logistics field and systematical knowledge of MBA.
