The logistics operations and marketing strategies are two closely related decision-making in enterprise. Marketing strategy is the enterprise through to the price of a product, the issuance of advertising strategies, the realization of the promotion strategy to stimulate and control the market demand, so as to realize the improvement of enterprise sales; However, the logistics operations is through own logistics department, the enterprise supply products, provide warehousing, late transportation, loading and unloading handling, and a series of service, thus to perform the demand of market, in the shortest possible time, with optimizing the way, making product can be delivered to customer. But for a long time, according to their own decision of department only to the realization of the enterprise strategy often can not meet the needs of the market or the enterprise itself, thus inhibiting the performance of the whole enterprise and maximize the share market.On the logistics operations and marketing strategy and related the knowledge of between, paper is promoted on the research and analysis, and discusses their independent decision to enterprise, and cause of the problem easily on operation respectively and the process, based on this, the coordinated planning search in logistics operations and marketing strategy is putted forward. Through the combining of logistics operations and marketing strategy plan, will be connected up the policy-making on two functional departments, in the same time, through the simple marketing strategy--the demand of the market price strategy, which affects the market and obtains the new demand. Combining the logistics service ability operation model, and concluded that the optimization of collaborative plan for combining of logistics operations and marketing strategy in the effectiveness.
