Research On The Evaluation Of Core Competence Of Insurance Adjuster Enterprises

Insurance adjuster is a question deserved important attention in the study of insurance industry development. Expansive opportunity was also brought to insurance adjuster recently during the rapid growth of insurance industry in china, but its status of development does not match with the scale of insurance industry, and there is few research on the topic of evaluation insurance adjuster enterprises' core competence.This article summarize the following research literature:enterprises' competence, core competence, competence evaluation, insurance adjuster, etc., analyze the status of insurance adjuster industry's development and its internal/external competition environment, elaborate on the conception and characteristic of core competence, abstract important factor of core competence, and construct the index system for evaluating insurance adjuster enterprises' core competence by the following methods: Delphi Method, Questionnaire Survey, Analytic Hierarchy Process, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. We detailed the weight of evaluation index system and design an empirical study based on this system. At the last part, we put forward strategy and suggestion to cultivate core competence for insurance adjuster enterprises.This article apply enterprise's competence theory to the core competence research of insurance adjuster enterprises first. The constructed the evaluating system for core competence and evaluating model supply insurance adjuster enterprises with new analysis and evaluating methods. Based on enterprises' management practice, the six strategies and suggestion to cultivate core competence can provide important theoretical and practical guidance for insurance adjuster enterprises promoting their core competence.
